Delhi Watch Company (DWC) Terra Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “DWC”, “we”, “us” or “our” means KOS Accessories LLP trading as Delhi Watch Company. “Customer”, “you” or “your” means the individual or legal entity placing a pre-order for the DWC Terra.

By placing a pre-order for the DWC Terra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature and Availability of the Pre-Order

1.1. The DWC Terra pre-order will be limited to a maximum of 30,000 units or will remain open for Seventy-Two hours (3 Days) from the commencement of the pre-order window, whichever occurs first.

1.2. Each Customer may purchase a maximum of one watch in each finish or colour variant. This limit applies per person and per customer account.

1.3. Customers will ordinarily be prevented from checking out with more than one unit of the same finish or colour.

1.4. All orders may be subject to a manual order check after payment. If a Customer bypasses or circumvents the website purchase limit, DWC may cancel the excess units or related orders and issue a refund.

1.5. Customers must not use multiple accounts, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses or payment methods to avoid the purchase limit.

1.6. Availability during the pre-order window does not guarantee allocation. A pre-order will be confirmed only after successful payment, issuance of an order confirmation and completion of any required verification.

1.7. This is a production pre-order for a Product that is currently under manufacture and is not available for immediate dispatch.

1.8. Full payment is required when the pre-order is placed. This allows DWC to plan production quantities and secure components and manufacturing capacity.

1.9. Your order number will determine your production batch and estimated dispatch timeline.

1.10. Production will be undertaken based on confirmed Customer orders.

2. Estimated Dispatch Schedule

·       Order numbers between #57,440 and #67,500: Mid-October 2026

·       Order numbers between #67,501 and #77,500: Mid-January 2027

·       Order numbers between #77,501 and #87,440+: Mid-March 2027

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed dispatch or delivery dates.

DWC will endeavour to complete production and dispatch each order as soon as possible. Orders may therefore be dispatched earlier than the estimated timeline.

Customers must ensure that their delivery address, telephone number and email address remain accurate and updated throughout the pre-order period.

Once dispatched, the order will be subject to DWC’s standard shipping, warranty and return policies.

3. Production Buffer

·       An additional buffer period of up to four weeks applies to the estimated dispatch timeline.

·       This buffer covers manufacturing delays, supplier delays, component shortages, quality-control delays, shipping disruptions, customs delays, government restrictions, force majeure events and other circumstances outside DWC’s reasonable control.

·       The buffer does not mean that DWC will delay dispatch where the Product is ready earlier.

·       DWC will endeavour to keep Customers informed of material delays through email.

·       If dispatch has not occurred within the estimated dispatch timeline plus the four-week buffer, the Customer may request a full refund.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

·       Customers may cancel their pre-order within thirty calendar days of placing the order and receive a full refund.

·       Cancellation requests received after thirty calendar days but before the order enters processing may be accepted subject to a reasonable cancellation deduction of up to ₹500 per watch.

·       The deduction will be limited to reasonable non-recoverable payment-processing, administration and production-planning costs incurred by DWC.

·       No cancellation deduction will apply where dispatch is delayed beyond the estimated timeline plus the four-week buffer.

·       If DWC cancels a valid order for its own operational or commercial reasons, the Customer will receive a full refund and an additional amount equal to the cancellation deduction that would have applied to the Customer, subject to a maximum of ₹500 per watch.

·       No deduction will apply where DWC cancels an order due to fraud, payment failure, violation of these Terms, scalping, unauthorised resale or circumvention of purchase limits.

·       Cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered processing, packaging or dispatch.

·       Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated within seven to ten business days. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

5. Product Variant Changes

·       Colour or finish changes may be requested within seven calendar days of placing the order. SKU changes can be done manually via your DWC account. After 7 days this will feature will be deactivated.

·       After seven calendar days, variant-change requests may not be accommodated.

·       All changes are subject to production availability and written confirmation from DWC.

6. Order Cancellation by DWC

DWC may cancel orders involving suspected fraud, payment-verification failure, abuse or manipulation of the ordering system, violation of these Terms, scalping, unauthorised resale or circumvention of purchase limits.

DWC may cancel only the excess unit or may cancel all related orders where deliberate misuse is suspected.

Any amount paid for a cancelled unit will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Anti-Scalping Policy

Orders reasonably believed to be intended for scalping, bulk commercial resale, unauthorised resale or circumvention of purchase limits may be cancelled and refunded.

DWC may treat orders as related where they share common names, customer accounts, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery addresses, billing details or payment methods.

8. Change of Shipping Details

Customers must keep their shipping address, telephone number and email address updated throughout the pre-order period.

Shipping details may be updated through the Customer’s account page.

Changing the default address in a Customer account may not automatically update an existing order. Customers should verify that the correct address is shown against the relevant order.

DWC may dispatch an order earlier than the estimated timeline if the Product is ready. Customers should therefore update their details as soon as possible.

DWC will endeavour to accommodate valid change requests but cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been handed over to the shipping provider.

9. Product Changes

DWC may make minor changes to the watch, packaging, accessories, finishing or manufacturing process without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially alter the advertised design, principal specifications or functionality of the Product.

10. Customer Communication

·       Customers are responsible for providing valid and accurate contact information.

·       Production updates, delay notifications and dispatch information will ordinarily be communicated through email.

·       Customers are responsible for checking their inbox and spam or junk folders.

·       General pre-order enquiries, and aforementioned queries may be sent to delhiwatchco@outlook.com , Instagram is not an accepted mode of communication.

11. International Orders

11.1. Orders to the United States, Mexico and Brazil

Orders to delivery addresses in the United States, Mexico and Brazil will not be accepted due to delivery, customs, tariff and return-to-origin risks.

Customers using freight-forwarding or third-party logistics providers do so at their own risk.

11.2. Orders to Other International Destinations

All international orders will be charged a shipping fee of ₹2,500 unless otherwise displayed at checkout.

This fee does not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, local taxes, warehousing charges or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping provider.

Customers should review their country’s import requirements before placing an order.

Where a shipment is refused, abandoned or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, charges, missing documents or incorrect Customer details, any refund may be reduced by the actual shipping, customs, storage and return costs incurred by DWC.

12. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by applicable law, DWC’s total liability in relation to a pre-order will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for that order.

DWC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from production or dispatch delays caused by circumstances outside DWC’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts at New Delhi will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the pre-order.

Nothing in this clause limits the Customer’s right to approach a consumer commission or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a DWC Terra pre-order and completing payment, you confirm that:

·       You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

·       You understand that this is a production pre-order and not an in-stock purchase.

·       You accept the estimated dispatch schedule and four-week production buffer.

·       You understand that DWC will attempt to dispatch the Product as soon as it is ready.

·       You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact details updated.

·       You agree to the cancellation and refund policy.

·       You understand that purchases are limited to one watch per finish or colour per person and customer account.

·       You understand that orders may be manually reviewed and excess or non-compliant orders may be cancelled.

·       You understand that the pre-order will close after 30,000 units or seventy-two hours, whichever occurs first.
