Warranty

All mechanical watches by DWC come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, against mechanical malfunctions only. Warranty is not valid against water damage, cracks, scratches and or any other damage.

We understand that this may be many of your first mechanical watch, to familiarise yourself with how it works, please do check out some videos on the functioning of a mechanical watch before writing to us!
