Refund Policy
We have a 7 day return policy for Quartz Watches, and a 24 hour return policy for Mechanical watches.
Refunds are only granted if the watch was received damaged, defective, wrong items and or in a non-functioning state. Refunds are not given on the basis of size, colour and or any other preferences. Please note that if the item is received damaged, defective or wrong items, please provide us with images and an unboxing video.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with all items provided in the original package. All bracelet links must be attached and untouched.
To start a refund, you can contact us at support@delhiwatchcompany.com. If your refund request is accepted, the customer is responsible for sending the package back to us, safely packed. Return address will be provided via email. After inspection of the watch and ensuring it is in the same condition without scratches or damages is confirmed, the refund will be initiated. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled unto 24 hours of placing the order. In order to cancel your purchase, please email delhiwatchco@outlook.com with the subject "Cancel Order #123".
