Pre-order window: Open for 72 hours or until 30,000 units are sold, whichever occurs first.

Purchase limit: Maximum one watch per finish/colour per person and customer account. Excess or duplicate orders may be cancelled after verification.

Dispatch: Estimated batch-wise dispatch begins from October 2026-March 27, with an additional production buffer of up to four weeks. We will dispatch earlier wherever possible.

Cancellations: Free cancellation within 30 days. Later cancellations before processing may attract a reasonable deduction of up to ₹500.

Address updates: Please keep your shipping and contact details updated, you can do so via your DWC account page.

To celebrate the 5 years, we wanted to make a watch that shows the direction in which we want to see our next 5 years going towards.Enter – DWC Terra. The design is inspired by a carabiner, a functional tool used in every great adventure. A true one of one design.
Best suited for wrist sizes above 6 inches.

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty on the movement from the date of purchase. This does not include damage resulting from accidents, improper use, negligence, or failure to follow DWC’s care instructions.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally! We’re pleased to serve customers worldwide. We have a flat fee of ₹2000 for worldwide shipping
When will you restock?
We are working on increasing our lot sizes with each launch! However at the moment, we are confined to launching in batches/drops. To know the timeline of our upcoming launches, you can check out the about us page!
How long will it take until I receive my order?
